Getting started

To start working with livedigital Chat API, you should sign in to Chat back-office.

On the back-office main page you’ll see list of your existing apps. Here you can create a new app:

On Application settings page you will find app id. This id may be considered public and it is used by client application to send Chat API requests.

On your admin settings page you’ll find M2M token. It’s used by your application server to call M2M API methods. You should keep this token in secret. If your existing token is compromised, use “Generate new token” button, it will invalidate old token and generate a new one.
